I own CrossFit Simplicity in Burlington NC and was down in Ocean Isle with family this week. I dropped in to CrossFit Ocean Isle twice and had an amazing experience both times! Facility was great, coaching was very good, and atmosphere and vibe was very welcoming! They obviously get a lot of drop-in’s this time of year and Karen did an excellent job managing larger classes and making the experience a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend CrossFit Ocean Isle to anyone in town dropping in or anyone in the area looking for a good CrossFit home! See you guys next year!
