I have mixed reviews about Crown, the staff are very nice, and will help you out as much as possible. But there are some down sides, for certain jobs they send you too, you will not get any holiday pay, or benefits. Also if anything happens lets say for example the place they send you too burns down, you will never receive any kind of unemployment(I don't understand this cause its your money, they aren't paying you unemployment, so why they fight it is beyond me) what so ever. They do on the other hand offer benefits I guess it all depends were you are working. The starting pay really is low, for instance a pipe cutter that usually will make between 17-25 per hour only starts out making 13 working for crown, also no holiday pay or benefits. Crown has helped me get a job fast, and also they will pay you weekly, and has a great staff. like I said there are ups and downs, this is a place like any other temp service, that you want to use them temporary and then get hired on through the company you are working at or find another position somewhere else. Bottom line they are one of the better temp services in the St Louis area but they have there flaws like any other temp service.

This place has taken care of me for years now, I dont really have any complaints other than the bad jobs they tend to send you to..places like to treat you like a minority I've had some good jobs there but nothing you want to make a future with.

I personally felt like the individual that assisted me was monotone and exhibited horrendous P/R skills. This particular experience has made me rethink on ever using a temp service. Would not recommend this establishment at all.
