Awesome company!!! So many employment opportunities in all industries - Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Construction, Shipyard, Engineering, IT, Medical, and more!!! There's contract, temp-to-perm, and even direct hire/permanent placement opportunities!!!! Awesome pay, benefits, and various other employee incentives! This is a company that actually cares about their employees and will treat you like family! It wouldn't even be fair to compare another staffing and recruiting firm to CTR.

CTR has done a outstanding job .. been blasting over 15 years, they made sure I had everything I needed, and that I was safe... What more could you ask for??? The pay rate was more than satisfactory as well.

I relocated from NC to VA and have been working with Melody and Steven with the Medical Staffing. The entire process was excellent from the moment I walked through the door. Steven had everything prepared and organized for my interview with Melody and they were able to get me an interview with the employer, along with all the pre-employment requirements done in an extremely timely manner (it was all performed in the same day because I had to get back to NC for my final move). I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed working with both of them. They are extremely professional and organized. They are an outstanding team and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a medical staffing position.

I’ve been working for the company off and on for 6 years. All the staff are very helpful knowledgeable understanding determined and most important prompt. Ive had nothing but good experiences with the company. The pay and benefits are great. They offers variety of different jobs for people with and without trades all over. I mean the best temp service in the 757 hands down! I had the opportunity to go permanent with the companies I’ve worked for through CTR but decided to stay temp because I enjoy working for them. They treat you like family.(God Family)
