I worked at Culturefit for almost 3 years and I had a GREAT experience. The management team "Adam-Eric-Alexis" is the best!!! I could go on and on saying how much they care about employees and how much they value each and everyone. I'd always hear "family comes first" at every time I had to take care of family needs. They want employees to succeed and provide you with the tools to achieve the goals. I am pleased that I had the opportunity to work for them, and I would highly recommend Culturefit to hardworking employees looking for a new organization to call "home". Pros: Management Support, work-life balance, open door policy, opportunity to participate on client's calls to better understand requirements, transparency, "family type" environment.

I worked with multiple people at culture fit, in both directions. I first began as an applicant for a candidate they were searching for. Dori was the first recruiter that ever contacted me that knew the type of role I was presently in and didn't try to convince me I wanted to be in level 1 help desk and/or start an insurance agency. Once I started my new role I was tasked with building a new department to support the existing team members in our office. Dori and Adam were able to find us candidates that fit into our culture, which can be challenging. I have recommended several friends when looking for jobs to culture fit.
