I was looking for a vision and dental plan due to the loss of coverage on my kids, and gave Custom Insurance a call. Don was initially unsure if I would be able to obtain these coverages alone at this point in the year, but he put David on the case. David was able to find a policy that would both work for me, and was reasonably priced in less than 24 hours. He had the paperwork to fill out in my inbox quickly as well.Ultimately, I discovered the coverage wasn't needed, but David was quick, courteous, and professional in every way possible. Even though I didn't end up being a customer, the service was certainly excellent!
