These "Computer Experts" could not or CHOOSE not to tell me that the problem with my laptop was my power supply and not the actual laptop. So they basically charged me $129.00 for charging my laptop battery! When I picked up my laptop the General Manager told me we opened up the back of the laptop and disconnected everything and then reconnected it again and poof it worked! He said he was not sure why but it works now! When I got home the laptop worked until it needed to be charged. I plugged it in to charge and came back later, it would not turn on AGAIN! I called them right away and was told that the first power supply they had tried (mine) would not work so they went and got a different power supply which did work and everything was fine. They asked me to bring it in again! I decided to try a brand new power supply first and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED? The laptop now charges and turns on! I, an almost 60 yr old lady, figured out the issue myself, I called them and told them and they DENIED, DENIED, DENIED and then they were belligerent and extremely rude! They refused to provide even the bare minimum of Customer Service!If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
