Really disappointed in service. David did my business' 2014 taxes. Received a letter from the IRS that no payment had been received when payment had been paid. Attempted to reach out to David 4 times. (Never heard back from David- not even an acknowledgement of my email.) His assistant, Libby, emailed back one time to inquire about an attachment that was fuzzy. After speaking to Libby on the phone and clarifying she received the new attachment, I attempted to email 3, separate times and never heard back. What a headache- and what stress. Such a bummer.
