I had to call and check on my taxes a couple of weeks after we took our papers to this company because I had not heard from anyone. The man who did my taxes told me that he had started working on my taxes the week before and had become overwhelmed and forgot to call me about his questions. I was upset at the fact that he forgot about me. I placed a complaint and when the owner called me about it and I told her that I was upset about the fact that he forgot to call me she rudely asked me if I had ever worked in the tax field at this time of the year? I expected to at lease be told she was sorry I was unhappy. I kept asking her what their hours were for the next day because I was angry at this point and she told me and hung up on me. We will never use this company again. I understand becoming overwhelmed however i dont understand forgetting to call your customer or why the owner felt she could be so rude.
