The service was fine, they did their job, however the proctor for my examination did not seem to want to be there or like me at all, This being said he did not properly explain to me the procedures that I was to go through. This being said I was taken by surprise and felt harassed and trapped near the end of the test. That and the proctor failed to record my responses as i had said them or even in his own words. They were incorrectly documented. In addition to this they had me sign the paperwork giving consent to do a polygraph after the test. Not before the test. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I only went because it was a requirement for my employment, to which I did not get the job and the results of the failed polygraph is public record so it will stay with me.
