I always have a hit and miss. usually rude though. I tried to place an order for my checks today and the lady was rude. she seemed aggravated with me asking questions. I told her I was ready to place an order and she hung up. She had my number because she had to verify it, well she never called back. I have a business and I usually order for myself and my business from Deluxe (envelopes, checks, stamps) but I wont be doing so from now on. going to another vendor
