My office is extremely disappointed with the service we have received from a few of their employees there. Yesterday we called and explained to them we needed a temp by Monday because they are a temp service and normally when you need a temp it's last minute. The lady on the phone made it seem as if we were inconveniencing her by asking her for a temp by Monday. She told us "Well we have plenty of people in front of you so we will see what we can do." They have always been awful at getting back to us in a timely fashion regarding a temp and no one called back yesterday. Our manager reached out to them again and the lady who answered said "Whitney is busy and will find someone when she gets a chance." So our office manager told her we will start looking into other agency's because it seemed as if they were too busy to handle all the "clients" that they had at this time. The young lady said "okay, call us if you find someone else." Well we found someone else and because they are never
