Overall Feedback:

The most unprofessional accounting service I have ever encountered. She had my taxes for months, took weeks to return phone calls, and then FILED MY TAXES INCORRECTLY! The IRS had to send my taxes back to me for the signature and inclusion of the W-2!!! This is such a lazy mistake I cannot even fathom how she is still in business!
