My husband and I drove an hour and twenty minutes to meet with Bob Devault for a scheduled appointment for retirement planning. He didn't remember to come and I never even got a call back with an apology. The person in the office was there and was aware of what happened. We did change our scheduled time, but the office staff said it was all set. I called several times to confirm since the distance is so far. No return calls for our voicemails either. That's nearly three hours of our time, sorry but that's unacceptable. We decided to call someone who cares.
