My small business has grown to the point where I'm ready to pay myself a W2 and I needed the paperwork and accounts set up to report and pay the required taxes to the Fed and Fl. I interviewed all 5 bids from Thumbtack. I'm not a small service provider of Marriage Counseling in Miami with less than 20 transactions a month. David took a real interest in my business and my goals as the owner. He had suggestions right away that would save me money and help me use my business to serve me instead of me feeling like I had to serve the business. I felt overwhelmed at at the tax submittal paperwork and he made it sound simple. I met his staff and he explained how he would service me and help me grow. He gave me a fee for the job, not an hourly rate. He was more expensive than the cheapest bid, but the value I got was outstanding. I felt so relieved after I committed to investing in his plan to set my business up. My quarterly maintenance plan was less than if I wanted to pay for Quickbooks online and do the work myself!
