Feedback:
My ex made false allegations about me. I retained Atty. Kewley to assist in family court. He seemed to have a negative implicit bias toward single women and caused the situation to be more difficult than I feel it should have been. I retained custody of my son. But, in my opinion, this was not due to the Atty, but attributable to papers I submitted and a wise judge who "saw through the situation." I truly believe that I could have achieved the same outcome without paying 1000s for an Atty. Ironically, Atty. Kewley did not introduce paperwork for obtaining 1/2 reimbursement for medical bills as part of the case and wanted an additional large some of money to go back to court for this. I opted to do this on my own and had a better outcome than I believe would have been obtained with his services (and didn't have to pay an Atty. 1000s of dollars). I would definitely not recommend Atty. Kewley for any women dealing with child support or custody issues.
