Unfortunately I would have to say I'm not happy with their service... They were certainly the cheapest by far; and their service showed that.. I had an appointment for my Fiance and myself and my Fiance was able to file same day but I was not because of a missing health form. My health plan changed several times that year between being off my parents plan and a new job. When I called my health providers, they kept stating I didn't need that form to file my taxes; however, Marc was insistent on it. Finally after hours on the phone & 3 weeks later, I received the form he wanted and sent to him. At this point, my fiance should have received his refund. We gave it a few more days and then we finally called Diemer. Turns out the girl misplaced his file and never submitted them... Almost a month later and close to the April deadline and they wouldn't have been submitted unless we called... I am not saying I wouldn't try them again as this was the first time we used them, but now I just know to proceed with extreme caution and be diligent to be sure they do their job properly...
