Literally the worst service I have ever recieved. I got a cyst removed from the ER and they referred me to this office and told me it was essential to have this looked at again in a couple of days. I have uniterhealth insurance and upon discussing whether i was covered or not i said i think i am, which now i have double checked and am, but i said even if i wasn't that i needed to schedule something asap and if anything i will pay out of pocket and she HUNG THE PHONE UP ON ME. Why does it matter what insurance or if you're paying out of pockey? I can't give you the info there? What am i supposed to do now? I'd advise using literally any other facility than this one.
