Overall Feedback:

Worked there for 6 years, was a decent company if you take out the Nepotism and dog-eat-dog environment. and the standards of our work shot down as the years went by. Started caring less and less about quality, and more about rushing production. To be fair it was mainly one division within the company on the Electrical side. Particularly a Supervisor (Brother of part owner) who always covered up his nephew's mess by throwing every other employee under him. Other than that. Could be a excellent company, they just need to clean house real good before they drag the rest of the company with them.
