Overall Feedback:

I have had a horrible experience with these people. I first decided to give them a try about 2 weeks ago. So I went over there for the first time at around 12 noon on a Monday. No one was there, there were no cars in their parking lot, so I figured maybe they were all taking lunch break, that’s fine. So I come back about an hour later, and still no one is there. I then come back the next day at an earlier time at around 2 in the afternoon, and still, no one was there. Same situation as the previous day. Every time I went I checked their doors and windows on their building for a sign or some indication as to if they were closed for any particular reason. There was no sign or indication as to them being closed. So I went home and called their office phone (of course no one picked up), and left a voicemail asking if they were appointment based only, and if i could reserve a time to meet with them. As said at the beginning, this was about 2 weeks ago, and I STILL haven’t heard anything from them. Very disappointing experience with them to say the least, and if I were able to leave a 0 star review instead of a 1 star, then I most certainly would.
