Horrible experience. The blonde hair lady was very rude and unprofessional. Had no knowledge of the the job that was posted on Indeed and kept repeating the same thing over and over again. After talking to someone on Friday about a position that I was told was still available. I was told to come in on Monday and apply. After explaining this and showing this employee the posting, she claimed that they had no such jobs and only had positions in another part of town and on third shift. Also that she couldn't do anything until manager got in an half hour later. I acknowledge this but she just kept on repeating the same information as if she was talking to a child. I've worked in many fields and know a little about customer service. You never talk down to people or belittle them. If I was her manager I would have to let her go. It's obvious that this isn't the right position for her and reflects badly on the company. Because of her treatment I left and I'll be sure to let people know not to go there.
