We have been using Diversified Payroll Solutions for ten years, and we have never had an issue with any aspect of our payroll processing. Our company has 15 locations in two states, and the payroll taxes are filed timely and accurately. Diversified even handles the local municipality and city taxes that some of the bigger payroll companies won’t deal with. Our customer service representative, Nicole, is polite and knowledgeable and responds to questions in a timely manner. Diversified provides one-on-one customer service, which makes you feel comfortable and confident that they know you, your company and care about you as a customer. The payroll system itself is sophisticated, yet extremely easy to use. Another positive is that the owner of the company is a CPA, which further reinforces our confidence in their service. Processing payroll with Diversified makes it very easy to say: “sorry, not interested” to the many payroll companies that try to solicit our business. We could not be more satisfied with Diversified Payroll Solutions.
