We were looking for a conversion from Sage to Quickbook's, and spent months looking for a company that could help us with that transition. When all was said and done this company is not worth your time or money.. They had converted over just customer/vendor names, leaving the rest up to my team. They implemented wrong payroll expenses, chart of accounts, put item lists into the wrong accounts. They created me multiple Quickbooks accounts, even using my personal email after I had told them to delete it. They continued to get me billed for it and having to deal with it myself. They created multiple merchant service accounts that took me time to go through and delete with customer support and to figure out what they had done. When confronted with all these, they have been rude with their group meetings where they basically told me I was wrong.. 5 months later I am still dealing with this problem with having to implement client names that were not converted over, correcting balance sheets so my numbers are actually correct, etc. Do not work with this company save yourself the multiple thousands of dollars its going to cost you for a useless conversion team.
