If I could I would give no star!!! They are the worst! I have never seen any temp agency ever done this!!! I DON'T recommended this agency they did a false advertisement!!! Wasted my time and they will waste yours too!!!

I can’t speak for the other staff members but the Somali guy that works there was horrible. I mean you are working at a staffing agency assisting people looking for work and you want to discourage people about what jobs they can get and can’t. The whole time I was talking to that man he was nothing but unprofessional. I recently graduated college so I was looking for some type of work until my other jobs where doing backgrounds on me. I hope he gets some type of retraining because his attitude and demeanor are definitely not in line with the agency vision and motto. I hope this complain is seriously noted!

Honestly I didn't want to give them a star rating and I guess they have there favorites also I was called repeatedly and left voicemails about an position that was perfect. I set up a appointment only to be told they no longer have the position.

Never returns voicemail very unprofessional of you ask me or anyone for that matter ..had a hand injury ( outside of the workplace ) and my previous assignment let me go after I didn't go to work because of the pain..been calling erin for the last two weeks and leaving voicemail and have yet to receive a call back..I'd rather work for a company that values employees and don't push them to the bottom Of the roster just because life happens.

They said they were submitting me for a job. I called them up and also emailed to find out the status the job. Neither communication was answered. When I finally got through to them, they said all jobs were filled. They came up a couple ridiculous reasons why their was a problem of me me getting through to them. Needles to say, I will never go through that agency again.

They and other staffing agencies did not help much with employees with disabilities. Growing up, I had an IEP and a 504 Plan. It took them a long time for them to find work for me, what they had were one day assignments I took those. Next they sent me out on a three week assignment, and I was terminated within two hours. Afterwards, they had no work for me. I would recommend going to Vocational Rehabilitation and they work independent agencies that provides supported employment for people with disabilities.
