If I could give a 0 star I would. I own a business and used them for 3 years. The employees that I dealt with on a day to day basis were great but the management and ownership are awful. I gave them more notice than what was required in my contract. I even explained that I needed a more robust system, but I was happy with their service. They locked me out of my data with no warning and then charged me a ridiculous amount of money to access it for 1 month longer. If you are looking for a payroll company look elsewhere. It's a shame because I am a business leader for my franchise which has over 600 locations worldwide and am very involved in my chamber in Michigan where they are located. Until they did this I was telling people that they were good. I will do everything in my power to guide everyone away from this company.
