This place was horrible I filled it early February got it late April turns out they had my tax check the whole time and everytime I walked in to check it they gave me a bs excuse that is sad and not how you do business I will never go through this place again and I advise anyone else not to either unless you wanna get bullshited and lied to

I drive from Richmond to Hopewell, bypassing all other accounting offices, for the service at Doreen Creel-Wood Accounting. So far, they have been very fair. For example, liberty tax offices quoted me a price 300% more expensive for a basic tax return filing - crazy! Some times there is a wait in the office, even if you've scheduled an appointment, but they seem to do their best to provide quality service. I've been impressed. I hope this never changes, as it has been a pleasure doing business with them over the last 4 years. I hope they continue to provide quality service without unreasonable price increases, so that I can continue to do business with them into the future.

My couple experiences here have been satisfactory, so I wouldn't need to add any constructive criticism EXCEPT for these pictures. The office brand (because the two locations have the same type of style) adds a bit of negativity to the atmosphere. You are surrounded by all the "DO NOT" rules, rather than the "DO THIS" rules. I get that some people come here with a bad attitude, but reinforcing the fact makes it worse? If you want good attitudes, promote that rather than complaining about not having it. Anyway, other than that, this is a fairly fast-paced tax preparation agency

I've done my taxes at several different agencies through the years and this is by far the best place. They are nice, family oriented, and efficient. Not to mention affordable and clean.
