I almost did not file my taxes this year, but I decided to contact Downey Tax Company and ended up getting a tax return of $2,000. I called the owner of Downey Tax Company and ask him for his advice on whether or not I should file my taxes this year. The owner was an extremely nice guy and he encouraged me to file my taxes even though I felt that it was a waste of time. I sent him all of my information and within 30 minutes he told me that I would be getting a tax return of 2k! I had a great experience at Downey Tax Company and the customer service was phenomenal. All of the staff at Downey Tax Company are extremely professional and have a way of making the customer feel important. Awesome company. Thanks DTC!
