The lady that helped me was rather rude and rushed. I am going to college for a medical career that needs the 12 screen drug test and I was making sure that it had all of them on there so I would not have to take it again and she acted like I was wasting her time. Also, I asked if she could mail the results and at first she was hesitant but starting writing down the address and then stopped and said that she was just going to let me send it and made me a copy of the results. Very rude and not good at customer service. $35 down and I sill have to send the results myself.

I rarely give reviews bc like most people, I only want to be heard when I have a poor experience, BUT, when I came to them with a deacrepancy, Christy handled it swiftly and professionally. She went above and beyond what was necessary and I greatly appreciate her, and the business. Thank you
