They offer a general lack of customer service and do not stand behind their service. If you are audited or have a question on taxes that they have completed, be prepared to not receive call backs or assistance in dealing with correspondence with department of revenue or the local municipality. Please do yourself a favor and use another business to assist with you taxes or financial needs.

Horrible!!!! They never filed our tax returns after taking our money. Now they have closed down disappeared and we can't even get in touch with them! These people should be arrested! They are thieves! I didn't like their lack of knowledge from the start and I trusted they knew what they were doing. My mistake! If I could give them 0 stars or a negative star rating I would!
