Searching for a career is difficult, I think everyone can agree to that. It's overwhelming the amount of emails and calls from random recruiters and companies that take your information and you'll never hear from again. When Dunhill reached out to me I figured it was another group where I didn't matter. However when I answered their call I was happily incorrect. Dunhill was able to work with me and be transparent. I was so shocked that the recruiting team not only lined everything up but prepped me for my interviews. Anytime I had a question or was curious about the status of my paper work they answered back to me within one business day with both an email and a call. They even went line by line with me to understand the technical language of my contract and fought to get me the highest pay rate. I'm extremely impressed by the professionalism and all round humanistic behaviors this team was able to provide me. I wasn't just a statistic to them. I'm a person who was able to start a career and continue to greater heights. My highest praise goes to Molly Vignovich. Without her, I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my career. She helped me get into my dream job and prove to my employer that I’m worth it. She saw me as someone who has drive and I’m proud to announce that I’m already on the fast track for a promotion and possibly become a manager of my team, all within a year.

Katie was excellent to work with! She was very knowledgeable, wanted to know what my long term employment goals were, my range in salary, and area I wanted to work. She made sure that I only interviewed in those positions that met my requirements. My 1st interview she sent me on was phenomenal and I am now FT with them, going on 7 months and couldn't be happier!
