I worked with Nathan to get started with State Farm a few years ago and have spent the past few years working with Lori. She has been able to answer all of my questions immediately. She even answered at 9 pm on a Thursday night when i had minor water damage and was happy to help. I recently had to file a claim with State farm and got amazing assistance from Eve! I made a phone call, she didn't have the answer but found out within 30 minutes and called me back as promised. She then stayed on the phone me into the claim center to open the claim. I had received payment on my claim within 24 hours! Overall the experience with Dustin's State Farm team has been top notch! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!
