The manger lewis Pittman at the Smithfield location is horrible he doesnt know wat he is doing, hes stealing money, covering for ppl that steal equipment, and sleeping with half his female staff behind his wife back I will make sure to tell everyone not to apply there and the HR is horrible to dont even fight for the employees or anything they side wit lewis and he steals money from them. Wont even give proper equipment for us to clean the areas we assigned to clean like who really wants to clean toilets with just a pair of gloves and a rag and that's it. Let's his drug dealing employees named dennis beauregard and shatina Seealy pay other ppl to keep quiet while they go have sex in locker rooms and aleesha Frank gets her boyfriend drunk every night at work and nothing has been done about it went to lewis plenty of times with proof and he doesnt do anything about it HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK

Terrible company to work for you can give the shirt off your back and they will throw you out in the rain. Very unprofessional the management and supervisors could care less about the workers. If you want to be stabbed in the back by a company you work your hardest for Dycos is the place to go and you might get terminated right before your next shift without management saying a word to you the whole day. I was terminated because I was falsely accused of being fired from a company I resigned from and they terminated me without even letting me speak to HR and they said I would have to talk with them if there was a problem but was never given the opportunity. If hell was hiring that would be a better place to work than for these people.

Worst place to work , LOW PAY AND IS NEVER ON TIME , MANAGEMENT DOESN'T CARE FOR ITS EMPLOYEES , AND THEY DNT GIVE RAISES , I WORK THERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS WITH NO RAISE , THEN WAS WRONGLY FIRED AFTER I DEMANDED 1 ,,,, WORKED OUTSIDE IN ALL KINDS OF WEATHER , NEVER GAVE ME ANYTHING TO COMBAT THE WEATHER ,,, THIS PLACE SIMPLY SUCKS

Supervisor at Carolina pride was a instigator stirred up problems between employees. He didnt know how to manage people at all, judging them and making remarks to other coworkers about other coworkers.

If there were an option not to give any stars for this rating, I wouldn't have chose one. The employees at the plant I work in are extremely rude. As long as we've had Dycos out here and many employees as they've gone through out here, its safe to say the company takes no pride in who they hire. You have to do better, Dycos.
