I called to verify employment dates, NO INCOME!!!! They wanted the request faxed in. I explained the borrower has not worked at this company in more than 3 years. I just need to confirm the dates I already had. This customer is trying to buy a home and the lender asked for this verification before they can sign. The girl became very short with me and would not check to see if there was anything she could do to help. I asked her directly "Is there anything you can do to help?" She abruptly stated the fax number and told me to wait 24 hours. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering giving this company your business, DON"T DO IT!! RUN AWAY FAST!!!!

We used them for 1 years worth of payroll and it was needlessly stressful. They claim they don't receive emails to cover the fact they take forever to put the information in the system, they never return phone calls, they have lost forms I directly handed to them(including insurance enrollment forms containing personal data) and claimed I never brought it in, and now that we longer use them it is virtually impossible to get any information from them regarding the time we did use them.

This is a real petty ass place to deal with!!!!!! I am a former employee of a company that used this service and since I am no longer an employee at that place they won`t alow me to look at my W2 that I know that other people that work there has used! And really this is the reason I quit the place i did work for just really petty or shady bussiness to have to deal with.
