I had applied for EVT early on in the spring during the off seasons. Living up in the valley is more expensive being that avon, vail, and beaver creek are all resort towns. I've never worked for a staffing agency that kept their laborers best interest in mind when it comes to competitive pay, hours, and communication. This place is no exception. Carolyn, the lady in charge is both unprofessional, very conceited, and sometimes sound like she's high on something. Even during the summer I was lucky enough to work 30 hours per month and no higher than $15 per hour while having to drive out of town at the drop of a hat. Parking is hard to come by if you're renting and I've explained that time and again that I needed a 24 hour notice so I can arrange my transportation which they don't compensate you for. If you're looking for a temporary job, you're better off applying at any retail/F&B type place because at least you'll have a real schedule rather being stuck on call.

I'm a heavy equipment operator and so is my wife, we called this place looking for work and they promised the stars. Unless you want to dig ditches all day for minimum wage look elsewhere. They sent me to a job in Vail to clean ice off of a roof (pitched roof going from 1 to 3 stories tall) with a pickaxe. I fell off the building three times in one day because the company's don't provide harnesses. I told them I felt uncomfortable and was told suck it up or go home. I've filed a complaint with OSHA, will see where it goes from there. Bottom line go to Alpine Staffing where OSHA rules and regulations are upheld and the pay is better as well. Plus Alpine pays every Friday instead of every two weeks like this joke of a temp agency. Luckily I documented everything in photos for OSHA.

Awesome agency. Had a job the day after talking with them. The ladies that run it are phenomenal, super communicative and very helpful. Would highly recommend if in need of temporary work.
