Overall Feedback:
About 3 years ago, our business computer was overloaded with power due to a transformer error. We thought our company files were gone. East Bay IT was able to save our computer (and our business). Since then, they are the only company we use and trust. Yesterday, our computer was acting funny again... back to East Bay IT! Not only did they repair our computer at an extremely reasonable price, they were beyond friendly and accommodating as well as FAST! We had our computer back the same day. I cannot stress how wonderful they are enough! So happy to have such a great company to count on!
