My experience with East Bay IT was beyond exceptional. My MacPro would not turn on, I went to Apple and they said to repair it would cost almost the price of a new laptop. Mind you, I received this laptop for mothers day last year. I was very disappointed.I called East Bay IT, was asked to drop it off and they would take a look. Mr. Panek gave an overview of what they were going to do and the steps that were needed to take place. The communication back and forth was great, the personal attention was appreciated, and the turnaround time (less than a week) was very much appreciated. I now have my Mac back and it runs great, for less than half the price what Apple wanted to charge me. Thanks East Bay IT!
