This is the worst agency i have ever work for.One they under pay you for what ever job the put you on,two it used to be three months as a temp and the company would bring you aboard if your a good worker.But working for eastcoast staffing its an open ended contract some of the employees ( good working people ) have told my they have be temps for up too three years at a company being a temp thru Eastcoast staffing.They lie and tell you when you ask how long before i can get hired permanently with the company they send you too,they say its up too you lol thats a joke cause Eastcoast staffing doesn't make money if the company hires you so there contracts with companys are open ended.Do not work for Eastcoast Staffing unless you want ro be a temp for the rest of your life making money for EastCoast Staffing
