I am so surprised this city hall has negative reviews. I've gone in here to pay my water bill plenty of times. I've always received courteous service. Never long line ups. Easy to find with plenty of parking. I think they're great!

Horrible experience at EP City Hall. We needed some help and lady at the office litteraly said that she don't care because the office closing in 20 min. When I said that it's a quick question, he respond was that today I'm not gonna get any help.

The have no idea what the first amendment means some old red headed lady assaulted a man with the camera and all he wanted to do was record his interaction with public servants. If ignorance was gold these people would be wealthy

We needed to do some business at the East Providence Town Clerk's office. The folks there answer the phone, and actually call you back if you phone without leaving a message. The offices had ample parking on street and in the lot during a mid-day business day visit. We were offered help finding my office immediately after we entered. The clerks were outstanding in their help and efficiency. If only all of government was this good!

I am concerned citizen. I saw a video a little bit. I don't know the guys but it look like they do nothing wrong. They just filming the city hall and the Public employees were very rude. The employees did't know anything it seem like it. Some of them were very aggressive. One lady in red tried attacked the cameraman. She should never be working for the public and she is not fit. It also bad when you lie on camera about people doing drugs. Sad day where public servants are worthless and waste.

Most of the employees are nice and helpful and some are very rude and Unprofessional! I dont know how some of them have a job there! The way some of the employees talk to u is so ignorant that I dont even want to go there to pay my bill! I want to say some of the things they say to people to them and there family (infront) of everyone and see how they feel!

NOBODY'S HOME. These people NEVER answer the phone! Also, Whoever designed the phone menu system needs to go. Horrendous. Oh, do you need to speak with someone about taxes? "Sorry, we are busy assisting other taxpayers, please call again. Good bye." Typical city workers. The mantra is: Do as little as possible for no longer than absolutely necessary.
