I own a little boutique, nothing big, but we do a lot of custom designs for different clients. I've been in business for about 2 years and a couple of months back my bookkeeper quit. I've been using QuickBooks as the financial software to help run my business. But the problem I was running into was that my bookkeeper was the one that always used the software. I know some of the basics but it just wasn't cutting it. I learned about ebs Associates through the North Clackamas Chamber of Commerce. I decided to give them a call to see if they can help me with my software and bookkeeping. I talked to a very nice women by the name of Kelli who then proceeded to ask me questions about my business and the problems I was running into. After about an hour she was able to offer some terrific suggestions in how ebs can help. She then talked to another women by the name of Denise, who confirmed that the suggestions that she recommended were the right ones for my business. Denise then reassured me that I would not be disappointed, it was later I found out that Denise was the owner, what service! I hired them the next day after some thought and in a few days all my books were caught up. What I thought would be weeks, was only a couple of days. So now I use ebs Associates for all my bookkeeping needs.Thank You Denise and Kelli, you two are awesome!
