This guy is a con man as an insurance seller and a slum lord as someone to rent from and a back yard rigging maintenance man along with his son. Once you buy your insurance from him every few months the price goes up and when asked about it he has no answer. He sells you at first with these false promises but when everything hits the fan he's clueless. If you rent from him he will drive by your place A LOT and do random drop ins. Don't get an attitude with him or hell shove it in your face that he's the land lord and he can evict anytime. When something goes wrong he gets his son and he tries to figure it out again not knowing what he's doing and you could be waiting 3 days or a week depending on how he decides to mope around about it. People do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money else where!
