I used Ed for over 18 years with good results however all my family's tax data was stolen from his company this past year and he has refused to speak to me about it. Tried on numerous occasions to contact him to discuss and he refused to return my call...very unprofessional...unfortunately this story for me and the countless thousands of his other clients is far from over....sad commentary...
