The tax service that my husband and I previously used was down-sizing and we found ourselves without anyone to file for us right as tax season was upon us--a tax season with a lot of changes involved in it. We are new to Springville, but we decided to try EG Tax because of the positive ratings. We weren't let down. The fee was reasonable for the amount of paperwork that we brought with us, and we were there for less than an hour. If we had filed ourselves we would have spent a lot more time on it, and we wouldn't have known about some of the write-offs that Jason was able to get for us. Much better than the times that we spent hours trying to make TurboTax work just for it to end up charging us to file anyway. -J. Hoffmann
