This place has the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen!!! First, when I first moved here and I called them they never returned my call. Second, I was outside your business and required 2 copies of an unrelated nature. When I asked, I was told, “No, I can’t.” I went next door to a business who made the two copies for me. I believe the total expense for the business was 11 cents. Third, when I went back in e.g. workforce solutions to give them the 11cents they must so desperately require I was told, by the receptionist, “I’m in a meeting. I can’t help you.” There was no one else. I slapped “their” dime down figuring this poor business needs the money more than I do. So I donated the “massive” cost of the two copies - 10 cents!I was in business and ran a retail store for more than 32 years. If the owner of this business cares so little about the public they serve as to not be able to, literally, spare a dime and can’t afford more than one person in the store front so to educate employees, it tells me the owner doesn’t care much about the public. And have you tried calling them? I tried 6 times a few minutes ago and all I got were computers telling me to leave a message. EXTREMELY POOR BUSINESS MODEL!!!!!!!! For a business that deals with humans they sure have much to learn.
