Had my taxes completed here in 2017. They were easy taxes to file, no children, no small business, no IRA distributions, etc. They did them incorrectly for both federal and state. I had to have them amended. They do not return phone calls, nor have they provided me the refund for the tax filing fee they promised me three weeks ago. I would go elsewhere to have your taxes filed.
