Our 2014 taxes were done at Electronic Filing Center in Menasha by a woman named Jennifer. She refused to add our medical expenses in our taxes which she stated that it wasn't enough to include in our taxes. She determined this without even calculating any of our medical expenses, which I was sure was more than 20% of our income. Not only that she was rude and appeared very impatient, this year's taxes (2015) we found out that she filed our 2014 state and federal wrong. She did not attempt to even help us get the best return possible but instead we had to pay back. The volunteer who helped us with ours this year found the mistake and pointed it out that we should've gotten a return back. Very disappointed with this particular person. If anyone decides to go here for their taxes, ask for someone else. We had paid over $100 for their service
