I go into a store with 7 minutes on the parking meter. I walk out no more than 10 minutes later and theres a ticket on my car as if officer "S. Boles" was stalking me the entire time. Pretty lame that we are giving tickets for people being expired for possibly 2 minutes on a parking meter. Pure greed.
