After submitting my tax documents in February, he still had not finished my returns in June. As a result, for the first time ever, we paid significant fines for being late. No explanation and no apology. Completely unprofessional.

Smart does not begin to describe Elliot. he has a depth of knowledge that no seasonal tax service, no online system could ever provide. His focus is to plan year round for the most advantageous tax positions, not scurry around in march. Take advantage of his experience, his expertise, and his all round focus on looking out for your interests. it's an unbeatable combination.

I have been working with Elliot for over 10 years. He does my personal and business taxes and now does taxes for my friends and family members. When I started my business 11 years ago I had no idea how to handle the accounting or taxes and Elliot patiently walked me through how to categorize my expenses, what I should claim, what should go with business/personal etc. He is always readily available to answer a quick question or sit down to work out a complicated issue. I still laugh that several years ago he fought the state to get me extra money I was entitled to - I joke that I never had someone fight so hard for $10 for me! I highly recommend contacting Elliot for all of your tax needs.

I have an accountant, been using him for 20 years and probably am not switching. But when I needed an expert in a particular tax issue, Elliot knew the answer.. the accountant's accountant! If you are looking for a new accountant, I highly suggest contacting Elliot: if not make sure you keep his number in your contacts: you might need him.
