Elwood Staffing ripped me off I should have got paid $60 but they paid me 30 and then said that oh you signed up for taxes and you signed up for this and you signed up for a bunch of stuff that I didn't sign up for 30 bucks didn't cover the gas

This company has made mistake after mistake..very frustrated.Hopefully you will have better luck with this company.I got shorted hours.Didnt tell me about fees and charges that came outta my paycheck.Could not get direct deposit set up correctly.I do not recommend this staffing service for anyone including employers.Two weeks later same mistake, shorted me 8 hrs..Louie NEVER apologized once.Just said he will try to fix it by monday.So frustrating!

Other than a lot of paperwork, I have no problem referring others to Elwood. Tania was a great help and so were the rest of the staff.

Well here’s my suggestion someone should send Elwood Staffing employees to a customer service seminar. Signed up with the agency. Got a temp position right away. One person thought the hours were 8 to 4. The other person told me no, no it was 1 to 5, two days a week for maybe 3 to 4 weeks. I was ok with that. Arrived at the job and worked a total of 2 hours 15 minutes. Now that was not Elwood’s fault. The company thought there was more work than they really had. Now comes the irritating problem. Come to find out the direct deposit of my measly 2 hours was wrong. I sent more than one email regarding that and how come no answer to my questions. Well I called today, Tania answered the phone, I asked for Louis, he’s not in. I said I was somewhat disgusted with your service please remove me from your list of clients please. Answer was “oh ok”. Not even a question of why. This is my opinion. I am sure others have had great service. Good luck to y’alol.

Haven’t had a good experience with this staffing agency, it’s been a month since I been trying to get a job through this agency, been told that they were going to get me a job still haven’t gotten me one. Only staffing agency I’ve ever went through and doesn’t seem like a staffing agency. Called them up once again and again they have nothing. I’m very disappointed how much time I have wasted here.
