My experience with Elwood Staffing has been great!!! This staffing company really care about its employees. My recruiter, Michelle, is wonderful at finding jobs and she keeps me working full-time job assignments with decent (sometimes great) pay. The personnel is very nice and helpful. I'm happy to be employ with this staffing agecy.

If anyone has given this agency anything other then a 5 star they clearly must of been at a total different agency and this is the wrong page they have gotten on because this is the best agency I’ve ever encountered I swear no lie and they get you on good paying jobs it’s really lovely it’s god gift to people who really want to work and Ms Michelle she is the best like ever she takes her job serious and she really goes above and beyond for her employees she’s very sweet and respectable she really makes you feel at home and like she really have your back I don’t have 1 complaint about this agency they have quality work thank you soooo much Ms Machelle your the best

Very positive experience working with this company (*accurately named Elwood Staffing, not Encore Staffing). This was my first time ever using a staffing agency and I'm pleased to say that I would definitely recommend their services. If you are currently in the job market as well, I highly recommend speaking with Hoyet ( an employee)!
