The owners treat their employees as property that will bring them money - not as humans. They don't show compassion and care for their employees. They make them work long hours, weekends and holidays and don't even care about the employees work-life balance. All their care about is money. For as long as an employee makes a sales, she's good to have. Otherwise, you can quit all you want and they wouldn't even bat an eye.

I had worked here for a short time and I quit shortly after realizing what a mess this company was. This is run by a husband and wife who are ungrateful and doesn't know anything. They don't know how to treat their employees right, but then expect them to work their butts off to get them some sales. Not worth your energy.
