Not pleased. I applied for a position on indeed, not even knowing it was through a staffing company, when I found out it was through a staffing company, I was skeptical because I have heard the horror stories. I filled out the ridiculously long application online which basically made me fill out everything on my resume, which I already submitted to them. After I filled out the resume, they told me to come into the office and "interview" and when they say interview they mean sit in the office and wait around for two hours, when they called me back they told me the position I applied for and told me they were going to send them my resume but they don't tell you what company you are applying for which is completely not ok because I want to know who I am applying for is a decent company. The next day after my so called interview, employee solutions called me and said they were interested and wanted to interview me, the interview went amazing, the guy complimented my skills and gave me false hope. I am in desperate need of a job, I am a single mother and a student, I was clear that I needed a job immediately, I was told I would be notified right away if I got the job or not. I interviewed Wednesday, Thursday and Friday went by and I heard nothing, late Monday I called to see where the process was and they said sorry it was filled but we will call you if something else comes up. They don't care about you, they just care about getting money. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time and didn't listen to the rumors.
